Onboarding of Optima (Belgian Bank) as the first full outsourcing service agreement with a foreign customer. The agreement included advisory services on the design and investment management of a range of Luxembourg funds of funds which were tailored made to Optima’s end-clients

Banca March joins as institutional client and shareholder

Acquisition of Safei (Private Banking Business) from the Italian group Capitalia

Acquisition of HSBC Intermediarios Financieros to HSBC Group to consolidate with Inversis’ retail business
